Behaviour Support Assistant – Bognor Regis

Role; Behaviour Support Assistant (Mainstream Secondary)
Pay; £89 per day
Length; Long term (ongoing) from October 2025

Our client school in Bognor Regis is a large, inclusive secondary that values consistency and positive relationships. They are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to join from October 2025, providing targeted support in and out of class.

For this role, you will need;
• At least 6 weeks’ experience working with children and young people
• Confident behaviour management and de-escalation skills (restorative approach)
• DBS on the update service
• Up to date safeguarding training
