Behaviour Mentor – Primary School

Location: Hove, East Sussex
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM)
Pay: £89 per day
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Hove. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils in developing positive behaviour strategies and achieving their full potential.

About the Role:

Work closely with pupils who need extra support with behaviour and emotional regulation.
Implement tailored strategies and interventions to promote positive behaviour.
Collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and pastoral teams to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and families to encourage engagement and progress.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children with behavioural or social/emotional needs (desirable).
A calm, patient, and proactive approach.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting equality.
