We are looking for a Behaviour Mentor to join a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school in Crawley. This school has a strong focus on pastoral care, offering excellent resources and strategies to support students with behavioural, social, and emotional challenges.
In this role, you will work closely with students who may struggle with engagement or display challenging behaviour. You’ll build positive relationships, implement behaviour management techniques, and help students develop the confidence and resilience they need to succeed in school and beyond.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔ At least 2 months of experience working with children or young people
✔ A DBS on the Update Service
✔ Experience working with SEMH, behaviour support, or mentoring (preferred)
✔ A calm, firm, and compassionate approach to student support
