Behaviour Support Assistant – £80 per day

Position Availability: Start your exciting journey as a Behaviour Support Assistant from February half term onwards. This is a full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Behaviour Support team to provide assistance for students facing behavioural challenges.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Implement strategies to support students in managing and improving their behaviour.
• Assist students in their academic and personal development.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 weeks’ experience working with children and young people.
• Ideally, experience working with students facing behavioural challenges.
• Passion for supporting individuals with behavioural needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
