Behaviour Support Assistant – Cosham (Alternative Provision)

A specialist alternative provision in Portsmouth is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team.

The setting supports pupils who require a more tailored approach to education, often due to behavioural or emotional needs.

In this role, you will:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis
• Help manage behaviour and engagement
• Support pupils in re-engaging with education
• Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff

• £93 per day

Requirements:

• Experience with SEMH or behaviour preferred
• DBS on the Update Service
• Up-to-date safeguarding training
