A specialist SEND provision near Farnborough is looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils with SEMH and additional learning needs.
This is a role for someone who understands that behaviour is communication and can respond with patience, structure, and empathy.
The role:
Supporting pupils with challenging behaviour and emotional needs
Providing consistent, structured support throughout the school day
Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them
Ideal background:
Youth work / support work / SEND / mental health
Experience with behaviour management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
