A secondary school in Brighton is seeking an enthusiastic, flexible Caretaker to join its busy Facilities Management team. This role involves evening cover during the week, including securing the site and supporting lettings, with flexibility required during holidays and staff absence.

Main Responsibilities

• Carrying out minor maintenance and repair tasks

• Ensuring the school is safe, clean and compliant with Health & Safety regulations

• Locking up and site security

• Supporting evening lettings and external activities

• Supervising and coordinating the cleaning team
