Location: Across 1 of 4 residential sites in the East Sussex area
Hours: Full-time (40 hours min) – shift patterns include days, earlies, lates, and nights
Contract: Permanent, Bank, or Temp-to-Perm

As a Childcare Mentor, you’ll be part of a team providing a stable, safe, and nurturing environment for children and young people living in residential care. You’ll be a positive role model, helping them grow, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
You’ll work across one of our 4 welcoming homes in East Sussex, so being a driver is essential.
Minimum 40-hour contracts (varied shifts including nights)
Strong induction and ongoing training & qualifications
Supportive team and career progression opportunities
Transferable skills welcome – we value the experience you bring!
Have experience working with children or young people (or transferable experience from other care roles)
Are committed, resilient, and patient
Have a genuine desire to support and mentor young people
Can work shifts including weekends and nights
Hold a valid driving licence
