What You’ll Be Doing as a Child Care Worker in Hastings:

• Supporting children with emotional, behavioural, or additional learning needs

• Promoting safety, well-being, and independence in daily routines

• Assisting with educational or therapeutic activities

• Offering emotional and practical support tailored to each child

• Working in homes, care settings, or specialist schools around Hastings

We’re Looking For:

• Passionate individuals who genuinely enjoy working with children

• Experience in care, SEN, education, or youth work (preferred but not essential)

• Great communication and empathy skills

• A calm and proactive approach to supporting children’s development

• Availability for flexible shifts across Hastings
