We’re currently seeking a dedicated Childcare Worker to join an outstanding provision in Eastbourne, supporting children with complex and high-level needs—including autism, developmental delays, and emotional or behavioural challenges.

As a Childcare Worker in Eastbourne, You Will:

  • Provide nurturing, hands-on support to children aged 6–12 with high needs

  • Help deliver personalised care plans in a structured, trauma-informed environment

  • Build strong, trusting relationships to support emotional regulation and engagement

  • Work closely with SEN professionals, therapists, and families

  • Contribute to daily routines, learning activities, and positive behaviour support

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Childcare Worker or in a similar care/education role

  • A calm, empathetic approach and a strong sense of responsibility

  • Knowledge of SEND, autism, or trauma-informed care is a strong advantage

  • A team player who’s committed to making a long-term difference

  • Located in or willing to commute to Eastbourne
