We’re currently seeking a dedicated Childcare Worker to join an outstanding provision in Eastbourne, supporting children with complex and high-level needs—including autism, developmental delays, and emotional or behavioural challenges.

Help deliver personalised care plans in a structured, trauma-informed environment

Work closely with SEN professionals, therapists, and families
Contribute to daily routines, learning activities, and positive behaviour support
Previous experience as a Childcare Worker or in a similar care/education role
A calm, empathetic approach and a strong sense of responsibility
Knowledge of SEND, autism, or trauma-informed care is a strong advantage

Located in or willing to commute to Eastbourne
