We’re recruiting a Classroom Support Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive school in Lancing from January 2025. The role involves supporting pupils in class, helping with interventions, and promoting positive learning behaviour across the school.
You’ll work as part of a collaborative team where every member contributes to the success and wellbeing of the pupils.
Requirements:
At least 3 months’ experience in a UK school
Confident supporting primary-aged children
Enthusiastic, patient, and adaptable
Able to commit to a full-time, long-term position
