Pink Tile Education is working with several fantastic secondary schools across Crawley and the surrounding area who are looking for enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to join their team.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with young people and can bring energy and confidence to the classroom. You’ll be covering lessons across a range of subjects, ensuring pupils stay engaged and on task while their teacher is away. All lesson plans and materials are provided — your focus is on managing the classroom, maintaining a positive environment and supporting students to get the most from their day.
What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
A calm, confident approach with young people
Experience in education, youth work, coaching or mentoring
Flexibility and a proactive attitude
