Pink Tile Education is looking for confident and reliable individuals to join secondary schools in Chichester and the surrounding areas as Cover Supervisors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to gain experience in education—whether you’re an aspiring teacher, recent graduate, or someone with experience working with young people who’s ready for a new challenge.

What We’re Looking For

• Confident and assertive individuals who can lead a classroom
• Experience working with young people (in education, sport, coaching, or youth work)
• Comfortable managing behaviour and keeping students on task
• Strong communication skills to provide feedback to teaching staff
• Flexible to work across different schools (access to a car is helpful but not essential)
• A current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one

Role Responsibilities

• Supervise classrooms and deliver pre-set lesson work across a variety of subjects
• Manage student behaviour in line with school expectations
• Keep pupils engaged, focused, and on task
• Respond calmly and confidently to challenges
• Provide clear feedback to teaching staff about the lesson
