Pink Tile Education is supporting several welcoming secondary schools in Hastings and nearby towns, including St Leonards, Bexhill, and Battle, in their search for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join their teams.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young people and supporting learning across a variety of subjects. The successful candidate will ensure lessons run smoothly in the absence of the class teacher, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
The Role:
Supervise classes across multiple subjects, following lesson plans provided by teaching staff.
Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
Support school routines and help students complete learning tasks successfully.
Receive guidance and ongoing support from both the school and Pink Tile Education.
The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school setting.
Is confident, organized, and able to manage groups of students effectively.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is reliable, professional, and committed to helping students achieve their best.
