Role: Cover Supervisor
Start: ASAP | Salary: £25,854 (FTE £31,650) – pay award pending
Contract: Full-time, 35.5 hrs/week, term-time, Monday – Friday 8:15-15:15

A thriving, supportive secondary school is looking for a Cover Supervisor to make a real difference in students’ learning. This is an exciting opportunity to join a welcoming team, helping young people stay engaged, confident, and progressing even when their regular teachers are absent. You’ll be at the heart of the school, creating a positive classroom experience and supporting students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver prepared lessons and maintain continuity of learning
Supervise students across the full secondary age range
Maintain a calm, productive classroom environment

Follow school systems and model school values
