Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to build your experience and confidence in the classroom? Pink Tile Education is seeking passionate and committed ECTs to work in schools across St Leonards and the surrounding areas. We offer flexible roles that can be tailored to your needs, whether you’re seeking short-term supply, long-term cover, or your first permanent position.
What we’re offering:
Competitive day rates: £140 – £175, depending on your ECT year and planning/preparation responsibilities
Opportunities across a variety of schools in St Leonards and nearby areas

Responsibilities may include:
Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons to pupils of varying abilities
Planning and preparing lessons (where required) to meet curriculum objectives
Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment
Collaborating with colleagues to support teaching and learning across the school
Demonstrating enthusiasm, resilience, and a commitment to ongoing professional development
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing your ECT years
A DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine passion for inspiring and supporting young learners
