A warm, community-focused primary school near Brighton seafront is searching for a Reception TA to support their busy Early Years department. This school is particularly proud of its play-led approach, daily outdoor learning and the beautifully designed EYFS area that encourages curiosity and independence.

You’ll support early communication skills, phonics, fine motor play and day-to-day routines in a nurturing environment where staff genuinely collaborate.

You must have:
• School-based experience, ideally in EYFS
• DBS on the Update Service
• Current safeguarding training
• A love for early childhood development
