Your role will involve:
Delivering an inspiring EYFS curriculum rooted in play, exploration, and early language development
Building genuine, trusting relationships with children and parents
Creating a calm, joyful learning environment where every child feels safe and supported
Working closely with a strong EYFS team to maintain consistency and ensure smooth transitions into Year 1
Using observations and assessments to inform next steps and celebrate progress
