💰 £25,000–£30,000 + commission/bonus structure

We’re growing and now looking for an Education Resourcer to join our team and be the engine behind our successful placements.

👀 The Role

As a Resourcer, you’ll be the heartbeat of our candidate network. You’ll focus on finding, supporting, and engaging great educators, making sure they’re happy, prepared, and ready to step into schools and make an impact.

This role is people-focused, fast-paced, and perfect if you enjoy building relationships, staying organised, and being the person everyone relies on.

• Organised & proactive – you stay on top of diaries, compliance, and communication

• People-focused – you enjoy checking in, supporting, and building trust

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing and registering education staff

• Supporting candidates through compliance and onboarding

• Managing availability and booking confirmations

• Checking in with candidates regularly and keeping them engaged

• Working closely with consultants to fill bookings smoothly

• Being a friendly, reassuring point of contact for candidates

Experience from any of the below is great (but not essential):

• Education or childcare

• Recruitment or resourcing

• Customer service or account support

• Care or people-focused roles
