We’re hiring: Education Resourcer

• Eastbourne & surrounding areas | Hybrid (1 discretionary WFH day)
• 9:00am–5:30pm | Full-time | Permanent
• £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience + bonus/commission

We’re growing and looking for an Education Resourcer to become the engine behind our placements — the person who keeps everything moving and everyone connected.

The role

You’ll be at the heart of our candidate network:

• Finding and registering great educators
• Supporting candidates through compliance and onboarding
• Managing availability and bookings
• Checking in regularly and building genuine relationships
• Working closely with consultants to fill bookings smoothly
• Being a friendly, reassuring point of contact

No recruitment experience needed — attitude matters more than background.
