£92 – £120 per day (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday | Term Time Only | Temp-to-Perm

Pink Tile Education is recruiting Education Support Workers for a specialist SEMH school in Guildford, supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.

The Role:

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Build positive relationships and encourage engagement
• Promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour
• Help create a safe, structured and supportive environment
• Work closely with teaching and pastoral teams

We’re looking for:

• Experience with SEMH, SEND or behavioural needs
• A calm, resilient and proactive approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in education, care, youth work, coaching or support work
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the school’s rural location
