🕒 Hours: Term-time only | Full-time

Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of children who need it most? We’re launching a brand-new SEMH school in Horley, and we’re looking for a compassionate, emotionally intelligent, and proactive individual to join our founding team.

Whether you’re a qualified ELSA, trained in Thrive, Drawing & Talking, or have a background in therapeutic or behaviour support, this is your chance to help shape a nurturing, trauma-informed environment from day one.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to build emotional resilience and regulation
• Delivering targeted interventions and creating safe spaces for healing and growth
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
• Helping shape the ethos and culture of a brand-new school with a big heart

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• ELSA qualification or similar therapeutic training
• Experience supporting children with SEMH, ASD, or behavioural needs
• A calm, consistent, and empathetic approach
• A team player who’s excited to help build something meaningful from the ground up
