Some students need more than academic guidance to thrive at school. They need someone who can provide consistency, encouragement and reassurance when challenges arise.
A thriving Southampton school is seeking an Emotional Wellbeing Support Mentor to work alongside pupils with SEND and SEMH needs, helping them build confidence, overcome barriers to learning and develop positive relationships within the school community.
You’ll become a key part of the school’s pastoral and inclusion team, supporting pupils who benefit from additional emotional and behavioural support throughout the school day.
Applicants must hold a current Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the DBS Update Service.
This position is subject to safer recruitment checks, including satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
