We are looking for a passionate and driven English Intervention Specialist to join a fantastic secondary school in Crawley this September. This full-time role is perfect for someone who thrives on making a real difference in the lives of young people.
You will be responsible for delivering targeted English intervention to small groups and individual students across KS3 and KS4. Your role will focus on closing gaps in learning, building literacy confidence, and supporting pupils in achieving key progress milestones.
This is a great opportunity for a graduate with a degree in English or a related subject, or someone with previous experience in tutoring or school-based intervention. You’ll be supported by a welcoming department and given the space to build strong relationships with learners who truly benefit from 1:1 and small group support.
You must have an Enhanced DBS on the update service and up-to-date safeguarding training.
