As an English Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that learning continues smoothly in the absence of regular teachers.

Location: Eastbourne | Pay: £90 – £110 per day

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can:

• Teach and support students in English during teacher absences.
• Ensure students stay engaged and focused on their work.
• Manage classroom behavior and create a calm, productive learning environment.
• Provide general assistance to students and maintain a positive, encouraging attitude.
• Follow lesson plans provided by the absent teacher and support student progress.

Essential Requirements:

• DBS certificate on the update service (this is essential).
• Up-to-date safeguarding training.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage groups of students.
• A passion for education and supporting young learners, especially in English.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
