✏️ The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable English Teacher to deliver engaging, accessible, and differentiated English lessons tailored to the individual needs of our pupils. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic learning and communication development.

🌟 Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative English lessons that inspire and support SEN learners
Adapt curriculum content to meet a wide range of learning needs and abilities
Use a variety of communication strategies, including visual aids and assistive technology
Collaborate with therapists, teaching assistants, and families to support pupil progress
Monitor and assess pupil development, maintaining accurate records

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – primary or secondary trained
Experience or strong interest in working with children with SEN
A flexible, patient, and empathetic teaching style
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to inclusive education and continuous professional development
