Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable English Teacher to deliver engaging, accessible, and differentiated English lessons tailored to the individual needs of our pupils. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support holistic learning and communication development.

  • Plan and deliver creative English lessons that inspire and support SEN learners
  • Adapt curriculum content to meet a wide range of learning needs and abilities
  • Use a variety of communication strategies, including visual aids and assistive technology
  • Collaborate with therapists, teaching assistants, and families to support pupil progress
  • Monitor and assess pupil development, maintaining accurate records

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – primary or secondary trained
  • Experience or strong interest in working with children with SEN
  • A flexible, patient, and empathetic teaching style
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
