English Teacher – Secondary School

We are working with a secondary school in Hastings seeking a dedicated and motivated English Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This role is open to both full-time and part-time teachers, making it a great opportunity for flexibility.

The role:

• Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
• Supporting pupils of varying abilities to achieve their potential
• Maintaining positive behaviour and a focused learning environment
• Working collaboratively within the English department

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an ECT
• Have experience teaching English in a secondary school setting
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be passionate about English and pupil progress
• Be available to start ASAP
