English Tutor for SEMH Students (Blended Learning)

Key Responsibilities:
- Safeguarding: Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils.
- Inclusive Teaching: Deliver high-quality English lessons tailored to SEMH students, ensuring every pupil experiences an inclusive school environment.
- Individual Educational Plans: Develop and implement detailed and accurate plans based on each pupil’s unique needs, using CATS profiles, EHCPs, learning objectives, and prescribed strategies to achieve the best outcomes and progress.
- Assessment Coordination: Coordinate and internally moderate assessments with other teachers as required.
- Pedagogical Practices: Utilise effective, up-to-date teaching methods.
- Meeting Participation: Contribute to teachers’ meetings to optimise curriculum delivery, including blended and remote learning.
- Support Learning: Provide classroom, online, and individual teaching support.
- Data Recording: Assist in recording pupils’ attainment data.
- Integrity: Act with honesty and integrity at all times.
