Finance Assistant – Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: £25,989 – £26,403 per year over 52 weeks. This post attracts 8 weeks annual leave.

Bexhill area

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join a busy office team. This full-time role involves supporting day-to-day financial operations and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing purchase and sales invoices

  • Managing credit control and banking processes

  • Completing monthly reconciliations

  • Handling petty cash and company card transactions

  • Supporting month-end and year-end procedures

  • Coordinating orders and liaising with suppliers

  • Maintaining financial records and databases

  • Producing documents and reports as required

About you:

  • Previous finance experience is essential

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
