Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain strong, varied classroom experience in a supportive and inclusive primary setting?

We are working closely with a large, welcoming primary school in Brighton that is seeking an enthusiastic ECT to support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This role is ideal for an ECT who wants regular work, clear expectations, and the opportunity to build confidence across different year groups.

The role:

• Deliver engaging and well-structured primary lessons

• Follow school planning and adapt lessons to meet pupil needs

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively

• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and leadership

• Support pupil progress and wellbeing throughout the school day

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (ECTs encouraged to apply)
