Job Title: General Supply Cover Teachers and Cover Supervisor

Location: Worthing & Littlehampton, West Sussex

Salary: £110 to £145 per day

Pink Tile Education is excited to partner with schools in Worthing & Littlehampton, West Sussex, to recruit dedicated General Supply Cover Teachers and Cover Supervisors. These positions offer flexible opportunities for passionate educators to work across various subjects and year groups, providing essential support to schools as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and structured lessons across a range of subjects and year groups as required.
• Providing effective classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
• Supervising students during periods of teacher absence and ensuring that learning continues in accordance with school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for Cover Teachers; relevant experience for Cover Supervisors.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to teaching, with the ability to work across different subjects and year groups.
• Strong behavior management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A full Enhanced DBS check.
