Graduate Cover Supervisor

Cover Supervisor / Graduate TA – Secondary Schools – Bognor & Littlehampton

Secondary schools in Bognor Regis and Littlehampton are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors and Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their teams. These roles are ideal for graduates or individuals who are confident working with young people and want to develop classroom skills.

Responsibilities:

• Supervising lessons in the absence of the teacher

• Supporting students in completing their work

• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Building positive relationships with students and staff

• Supporting with small group and 1:1 interventions where required

What you’ll need:

• A minimum of 6 weeks’ experience working with children or young people

• A valid DBS on the Update Service

• Safeguarding training that is up to date

• Strong communication skills, confidence, and reliability

Pay: from £89 per day for TA work and from £110 per day for Cover Supervisor roles.
We offer both full-time and part-time positions, and you’ll be supported by a dedicated consultant who will match you to the right schools.
