Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain valuable experience working with children and young people?
We are recruiting enthusiastic and compassionate graduates to support pupils within SEN and SEMH schools across Surrey. These roles provide excellent hands-on experience for those considering careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Teaching, or Child Mental Health.
About the Role
You will support pupils with a range of needs, including:
• Autism (ASC)
• ADHD
• SEMH needs
• Speech and language difficulties
• Learning difficulties
Key Responsibilities
• Providing 1:1 and small group support
• Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
• Encouraging engagement within learning
• Building positive relationships with pupils
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
We’re Looking For
• A degree in Psychology or a related subject
• A genuine interest in child development and SEND
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, patient, and resilient approach
