Are you a Psychology graduate looking to gain meaningful experience supporting children and young people?

We are recruiting enthusiastic and motivated graduates to work within specialist SEN and SEMH schools in Guildford. These opportunities are ideal for individuals considering future careers in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Speech & Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Teaching, or Mental Health Services.

The Role

You will work closely with pupils who may have:

• Autism (ASC)
• ADHD
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
• Speech and language difficulties
• Moderate to severe learning difficulties

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
• Helping pupils engage with learning and daily routines
• Building positive and trusting relationships
• Working alongside teachers, therapists, and support staff

We’re Looking For

• A Psychology graduate or someone with a related degree
• A genuine interest in child development and additional needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
