Graduate Teaching Assistant – Horsham

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a desire to make a difference in young people’s lives?

We are working with a number of fantastic primary and secondary schools in the Horsham area who are seeking enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to join their teams.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone considering a career in teaching or education. Your role will involve:

Supporting pupils in lessons to access the curriculum
Leading small group activities or interventions
Assisting the class teacher with planning and preparation
Encouraging and motivating students to engage in learning
We are looking for graduates who have at least 5 weeks’ experience working with children or young people (this can be in a school, tutoring, sports coaching, summer camps, etc.).
You must have:
A DBS registered on the Update Service
Up-to-date safeguarding training
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
