The Role
As a Graduate Teacher, you’ll play a key part in supporting pupils and teachers alike. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
Working with students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis to boost learning outcomes
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
Helping to maintain a calm, encouraging and inclusive classroom environment
Offering pastoral support to help students build resilience, self-belief and independence
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need prior classroom experience—just the drive to make a real impact in education. We are keen to hear from graduates who:
Hold a genuine interest in working with young people
Bring enthusiasm, patience, and a positive attitude to the classroom
Already have a DBS registered on the Update Service, or are willing to apply for one
Are reliable, proactive, and committed to professional growth
