We are an independent specialist school in Woking, supporting pupils aged 11–17 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We’re looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team and help deliver high-quality, inclusive education.

About You:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Confident supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects
Skilled in working with pupils with SEMH, autism, ADHD, and other additional needs
Able to lead small group interventions and support classroom delivery
Committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
