Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for a new opportunity within the education sector?
An established academy in Tottenham is looking for a proactive and organised HR Advisor to join their wider HR team. You’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive HR administration and advisory support across the academies within the London remit.
The Role
Working closely with the HR Partner, Safer Recruitment Coordinator and wider HR team, you will:
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative and advisory support
- Provide proactive HR advice and guidance to academies across the London remit
- Support managers with a range of employee and HR matters
- Assist with recruitment and safer recruitment processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist with wider HR projects and initiatives
- Build positive working relationships with academy staff and stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced working in an HR Advisor or similar HR role
- Confident providing both HR advice and administrative support
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Professional, approachable and able to build strong relationships
- Comfortable managing a varied workload and working to deadlines
- Ideally experienced within education, schools or a multi-site organisation
