A forward-thinking school in Havant is seeking an Inclusion & Engagement Practitioner to support students with a range of SEND requirements. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring pupils feel supported, valued and able to participate fully in school life.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll provide individual support, encourage positive engagement and help create an environment where every student can succeed.

Key Duties

  • Supporting pupils with SEND in and out of the classroom
  • Assisting with learning activities and intervention programmes
  • Encouraging participation and positive engagement
  • Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and SEND professionals
  • Helping students build confidence and independence

What’s Available
