Inclusion Manager – Crawley (October 2025 Start)

Pink Tile Education are excited to be supporting a vibrant, multi-faith secondary school in Crawley who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Manager to join their team from October 2025.

This is a permanent, full-time role (37 hours per week, term-time only + INSET) with excellent career progression opportunities, based in the school’s Reflection Room – a dedicated space to help students reset and return to mainstream learning.

The Role

As Inclusion Manager, you will play a key part in supporting students with behavioural, social and emotional needs, helping them to re-engage with education and thrive. You’ll coordinate and deliver interventions, run restorative processes, and work closely with SLT, Year Leads, parents and carers to ensure every child has the opportunity for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver interventions and behaviour management strategies in the Reflection Room

  • Support students to return positively to lessons after time out of class

  • Liaise with staff and parents/carers to provide consistent behavioural support

  • Track, monitor and report on student behaviour and engagement

  • Contribute to suspensions and exclusion processes where required

  • Promote a therapeutic and solution-focused approach to behaviour management

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working with secondary-aged students (school, youth work, military, police, alternative provision or similar backgrounds considered)

  • Resilience and calmness when supporting young people who may be dysregulated

  • Excellent communication, empathy and interpersonal skills

  • A restorative/trauma-informed approach to behaviour support

  • An understanding of, or willingness to embrace, the school’s Christian ethos and values
