One‑Form Entry Primary School | Full Time | £90 per day

Monday–Friday | 8:30am–3:30pm | Immediate Start

Are you someone who loves helping young children grow in confidence, feel understood, and enjoy their learning?
A welcoming one‑form entry primary school in Worthing is looking for a compassionate and committed Inclusion & Support Mentor to support pupils in KS1, with a particular focus on children with additional needs.

If you have SEN experience and a nurturing approach, this role offers real purpose, consistency, and the chance to make a genuine difference every single day.


💛 What You’ll Be Doing

As an Inclusion & Support Mentor, you will:

  • Support KS1 children with a range of SEN needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, S&L, etc.)
  • Provide a mix of 1:1, small‑group and general classroom support
  • Assist with phonics, early reading, early maths and structured play activities
  • Use positive strategies to help children regulate emotions and stay engaged
  • Build strong, stable relationships with pupils who need a confident, calm adult
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted support
  • Create a positive, nurturing environment where every child feels valued

Hours: 8:30am–3:30pm
Pay: £90 per day
