Individual Needs Assistant

Full Time | Long Term | £14.25+ per hour (depending on experience)

We are seeking caring, resilient and positive 1:1 Support Mentors to work with pupils with additional needs in the Hastings area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity supporting either an individual pupil on a 1:1 basis or within a small, nurturing classroom environment.

You don’t need previous school experience – we welcome applicants with strong transferable skills and a passion for supporting young people.
