Are you passionate about helping young people overcome academic challenges? A welcoming and community-driven secondary school in East Grinstead is seeking an Intervention Specialist to join their team from September 2025.
This role involves planning and delivering tailored support in English, Maths, or other core subjects to students who need extra guidance and structured input. You’ll work both 1:1 and in small groups, using pre-set resources or your own adapted materials to match individual learning styles.
