We are recruiting for an English Intervention Specialist to join a welcoming and well-resourced secondary school in Chichester from September.
This role is all about making a meaningful difference to students’ literacy and communication skills. You will support pupils who are working below expected levels or who need targeted help with reading, writing, and exam preparation.
As an Intervention Specialist, you’ll work closely with the English department and inclusion team to deliver effective and engaging small-group sessions. This is ideal for someone with a degree in English, Education, or a related field – or a background in tutoring or classroom support.
