Intervention Support Assistant – Help Students Rediscover Learning

Location: Guildford, Surrey
Pay: £105–£115 per day
Start Date: January 2026

Your Day-to-Day

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or SEND needs (school-based or youth work experience ideal).
  • Patience, resilience, and a positive mindset.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire learners who’ve lost confidence in education.
