Location: Guildford, Surrey
Pay: £105–£115 per day
Start Date: January 2026

Your Day-to-Day

Plan and deliver short, structured intervention sessions tailored to individual needs.
Track progress and celebrate every milestone, no matter how small.
Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to ensure consistency and success.

What We’re Looking For

Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or SEND needs (school-based or youth work experience ideal).
Patience, resilience, and a positive mindset.
Ability to motivate and inspire learners who’ve lost confidence in education.
