Referral Supervisor – Level C
Contract: Term Time Only, Permanent
Hours: 30 per week
Role Overview:
A progressive and inclusive secondary school in Hove is looking for a committed Referral Supervisor to support student wellbeing and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to staff requests to collect students from lessons.
Supervise students placed in the Reflection room, maintaining focus and engagement with set work.
Promote positive behaviour in line with the school’s behaviour policy.
Provide in-class or out-of-class support under teacher or senior staff guidance.
Assist students with a range of needs, including special educational needs (SEN).
Support the overall learning environment by maintaining a calm, respectful atmosphere.
