We are working with a primary school in the Bexhill area that is seeking a confident and committed Key Stage 1 Teacher ready to take on a rewarding and impactful role. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, structured lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum
  • Establish clear routines and a positive, well-managed classroom environment
  • Support pupils with a range of learning and behavioural needs
  • Use effective and consistent behaviour management strategies
  • Track and support pupil progress, adapting teaching where required
  • Work closely with support staff and the wider school team

What we’re looking for

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience within Key Stage 1 (UK Experience) 
  • Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management
  • A resilient, positive, and solution-focused mindset
  • A genuine passion for supporting pupils who may need additional guidance
  • Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
