What you’ll be doing

As a KS1 Teacher, you’ll be responsible for creating a positive, engaging and nurturing classroom environment, helping young pupils develop the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Teach engaging lessons across the KS1 curriculum
• Support pupils’ development in phonics, reading, writing and maths
• Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs
• Manage behaviour positively and consistently
• Assess and monitor pupil progress
• Create an inclusive classroom where every child can succeed

Who we’re looking for

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

✔ Experience teaching KS1 preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of the KS1 curriculum

✔ Confident classroom and behaviour management

✔ Passionate about supporting young children’s learning and development

✔ Reliable, adaptable and professional

✔ Able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
