This nurturing and specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school supports children aged 5 to 18 who have experienced significant trauma, unstable home environments, or emotional challenges. Many pupils arrive with low confidence, low self-esteem, and difficulties engaging with education in a traditional setting.
Through a trauma-informed, therapeutic approach, the school provides pupils with a safe, structured environment to rebuild trust and achieve meaningful progress – both academically and emotionally.
We are seeking a resilient, passionate, and empathetic KS2 Teacher to join the school’s primary team from September 2025.
You will teach a small class of up to 5 pupils, supported by a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA). Each day brings variety, challenge, and the opportunity to make a life-changing impact on the children you teach.
