Full time | Temp to Perm | £89 per day (rising to salary)
We’re looking for a confident and caring Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic secondary school in the Crawley area. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm position, starting as soon as possible.
You’ll be working Monday to Friday, supporting students with their learning and wellbeing across the classroom. The school has a friendly, inclusive environment and a great support team — perfect for someone who’s passionate about helping young people thrive.
What you’ll need:
At least 3 months’ classroom experience in a UK school
A DBS on the Update Service (essential)
A patient, positive and proactive attitude
The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
