Pay: £93 per day (inclusive of 12.07% holiday pay)

Looking to make a positive difference in a primary school setting?

We are seeking a caring, proactive, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Eastbourne area. This full-time role offers the opportunity to support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, helping them thrive both academically and socially.

Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will play an important role in promoting engagement, confidence, and a positive learning experience for all pupils.

The Role

• Support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
• Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities
• Provide individual support to pupils who may require additional guidance
• Lead and assist with small group learning sessions
• Encourage participation, independence, and positive learning behaviours
• Support pupils’ social and emotional development
• Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of learning resources
• Provide lunchtime supervision and promote positive play and interaction
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate
